As a Principal Relationship Manager, you’ll advocate for ADP’s Global HCM Solution and Service capabilities, driving ADP’s message as a world leader in the HCM industry to the client base. To support ADP Canada’s large and complex clients, you will use well-developed business relationship management skills to influence clients’ willingness to partner with ADP.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing strong, productive relationships with executive-level client contacts (e.g., CFO, CHRO), aligning with ADP General Managers and Executive Committee members as required, and collaborating with ADP Sales, Service, and Implementation teams to win new clients and expand business within existing accounts, in line with annual targets.

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment, eager to learn and adapt to change. You should have a personable approach that builds rapport, establishes trust, and demonstrates professionalism. Your communication style—both over the phone and in writing—is clear, understandable, and action-oriented, reflected in high client satisfaction scores. Pace should not intimidate you.
