A premium custom home builder in the Greater Montreal Area is seeking a bilingual Pre-Construction Client Coordinator to support clients through the selection phase before construction. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and strong client communication in both French and English. You will guide clients, ensure all selections are documented, and maintain professional communication throughout the process. The position is full-time with a competitive salary between CAD 55,000 - 70,000, and temporary remote work until the new office is completed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in selections coordination or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of reading floor plans and design documents.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through their selections process in Buildertrend.
• Clarify selection steps and answer process-related questions.
• Document every step to ensure a clean handoff into construction.
