Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events, vendors, and projects is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in French language is required.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills; detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and other events.
• Support the planning and execution of sales meetings, training sessions, workshops, and internal or external events.
• Assist with onboarding of new Sales Representatives across applicable business units.
• Prepare departmental reports, tracking summaries, and presentations.
