Bilingual Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker - Customer Service

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to telephone and written inquiries, process changes, assess risks, and answer account questions.
  • Resolve product and service issues, clarify complaints, and recommend solutions.
  • Attract potential clients, answer product questions, and meet sales objectives.
  • Draft responses to routine correspondence.
  • Process rewrites and remarkets following guidelines.
  • Maintain records of transactions and update rate manuals.
  • Manage logs, review issues, and discuss with management as needed.
  • Provide quality service while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • AMF license.
  • At least one year of experience in personal lines auto and property insurance.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • RIBO or other licenses are assets.
