BrokerLink is seeking a bilingual Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team in Petit-Rocher, NB on a permanent full-time basis. You will service ongoing client needs, advise on insurance matters, conduct needs assessments, and process renewals while selling new policies to existing or new clients.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak both English and French fluently.
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with personal insurance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Service ongoing client needs and advise on insurance matters.
• Sell new policies and retain existing book of business.
• Quote new business through outbound initiatives and client interactions.
• Prepare documentation for insurers and process renewals.
• Keep current on underwriting rules and workflows.
• Participate in training and community marketing initiatives.
