Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a bilingual Supervisor, Patient Care (Oncology) to lead the Oncology PCS team and ensure high-quality patient care across Canada.

You will oversee scheduling, staffing, and reimbursement coordination while coaching staff to meet KPIs and SLAs. The role emphasizes patient advocacy, funding navigation, and collaboration with Field Case Managers, clinicians, and other departments.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field.
• Proven leadership/supervisory experience in customer service, call centre, or pharmaceutical settings.
• 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, with patient interactions.
• Experience working in oncology care and knowledge of specialty pharmacy programs.
• Strong collaboration, coaching, and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day PCS oncology operations, staffing, and program case load.
• Coach and mentor direct reports; drive KPI achievement and service levels.
• Coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and prescription coordination with SDM stores.
• Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and SAP/APDR related processes.
• Support patient access initiatives, funding navigation, and reimbursement outcomes.
• Collaborate with Field Case Managers, management teams, and other departments.
• Ensure adherence to policies, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
