• Bilingual in French and English required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual care with impact by reviewing patient histories and determining candidacy for treatment.
• Support and prescribe when appropriate, using secure messaging for follow-up.
• Collaborate with onsite multidisciplinary team to refine clinical workflows.
• Improve patient and provider experience by partnering with CX, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to new product launches and protocols as Phoenix expands offerings.
