A leading company in the beverage industry seeks a Manager to enhance field sales capabilities in Toronto. This role involves leading development programs, collaborating on sales strategies, and ensuring the sales team is equipped to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and be bilingual in French.
The Sales Frontline and Capabilities is a key function within the Go-To-Market team. Our goal is to enable our Sales team to deliver Best in Class Execution for our customers through three key priorities.
1) Time : Optimize our selling time in front of our customers with a structured process and digital tools.
2) Focus : Provide clarity and focus on key drivers and levers for activation
3) Capabilities : Upskill our people to transform our business and drive organic growth
A critically important role, the Manager reports into the Director Frontline + Sales Capabilities as the champion field sales capabilities. The Manager will lead a transformational agenda aimed at ensuring we maintain our leadership as a world-class, customer-first team that drives organic growth for our company and our category.
This role is based out of our Toronto Office.
