The Bilingual On-Site IT Support Analyst at People Corporation delivers prompt, high-quality technical assistance to end-users at their workspace in Laval, QC. You’ll resolve hardware, software, and network issues while communicating effectively in English and French.

This role requires 1–3 years in a tech desk support or desktop engineering environment, strong Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and solid AD experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and French is essential.
• 1–3 years of hands-on desk support, workstation configuration, or desktop engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills under systems downtime are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical resolution face-to-face at the user workspace.
• Install, configure, stage, test, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve standard enterprise app errors, OS issues (Windows/macOS), and user access problems.
• Log, track, escalate, and resolve requests in ITSM systems per SLAs.
• Assist with basic local network routing, Wi‑Fi setups, Active Directory accounts, and MFA resets.
