Software International (SI) seeks a dynamic IT Service Delivery Sales Representative to join our team in Montreal. The successful candidate will generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive sales for infrastructure services across multiple verticals.

The role requires a proven B2B sales record in IT service delivery, fluency in English and French, and strong skills in negotiating and presenting solutions from cloud to application services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales within IT service delivery with a proven sales record.
• Strong knowledge of IT service delivery including cloud, digital transformation, infra management, and application services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities in IT infrastructure service delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored IT service delivery solutions.
• Present and promote service delivery offerings such as infrastructure management, consulting, cloud, and app development.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts with potential clients.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
