Bilingual IT Field Service Support Representative (French & English)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Bilingual IT Field Service Support Representative to provide on-site and remote technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure our clients’ technology infrastructure is running efficiently and securely. This role requires at least 1 year of in-field experience delivering technical support directly at client locations. Strong communication skills in both French and English are essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
  • Monitor and respond to alerts via email, phone, or ticketing system
  • Analyze and troubleshoot IT issues, both remotely and in person
  • Implement software patches and upgrades to ensure system security
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and configurations
  • Perform system health checks, backups, and disaster recovery tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
  • Identify and recommend process improvements
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Attend client meetings to review service performance and future needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of in-field experience providing technical support at client sites
  • Bilingual ( Fluent in French & English ) – spoken and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, MS SQL Server, and Workstations
  • Hands-on experience with networking firewalls (Cisco, SonicWall)
  • Familiarity with Juniper and Aruba networking products
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and security protocols
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadline pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • A reliable vehicle and ability to travel to client locations as needed
  • Ability to lift and set up IT equipment as required
