Job summary

Mettler-Toledo, Inc. in Mississauga is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our Laboratory Division to drive growth and support the Field Sales team. You will handle inbound inquiries, prepare quotations, and advance opportunities while expanding customer engagement.

You will collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support to resolve issues, nurture leads, and schedule meetings. Bilingual French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or an Associate’s degree in science or engineering.
• Two to three years of customer service, sales, call center or related experience.
• Bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer requests received through phone, email, website inquiries, and service channels with a focus on responsiveness and accuracy.
• Qualify, nurture, and manage sales leads, providing quotation support and opportunity management.
• Close designated low-value and transactional sales opportunities with limited Field Sales involvement.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Contract Administration to resolve issues and support growth.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and activity records in the CRM for forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
