Job Title: Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist (Hybrid)

Your Role:

  • Proactively generate qualified leads through strategic cold calling and outreach.
  • Identify and engage with new prospects, converting them into valuable clients.
  • Effectively present and promote our client's innovative products and services.
  • Meticulously manage your sales pipeline and track key performance indicators.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Contribute to the team's overall success through collaborative efforts.

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and pipeline management.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets.
  • Prior sales experience in the medical, healthcare, or related field is a significant asset.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check.
