Proclinical is seeking a bilingual (English-French) Inside Sales Representative to focus on driving sales activities, supporting product initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Skills & Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in clinical sciences, or equivalent education and experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Experience in phone sales, ideally within the hospital market.
- Background in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate clinical and technical benefits to customers.
- Skilled in consultative selling by translating customer needs into tailored solutions.
The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative's responsibilities will be:
- Conduct sales activities within the assigned territory, including prospecting, lead generation, and client engagement through phone, virtual, and electronic channels.
- Support injector-related tenders by preparing and submitting required documentation.
- Promote and drive sales of injector consumables and related product offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support specialty product initiatives and achieve sales objectives.
- Participate in field-based activities, such as ride-alongs and conferences, to address customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Clinical Specialists to coordinate field-based support for customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate reports to manage sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Analyze territory performance and market opportunities to identify areas for growth and new customer acquisition.
- Respond to customer requests for information (RFIs) and proposals (RFPs) with timely and accurate submissions.
- Coordinate product installations, repairs, and service activities with contractors and external partners.
- Deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Act as a first point of contact for reporting adverse reactions or quality complaints, ensuring compliance with Health Canada GVP expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
