Job summary

Hanes Industries seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Montreal, QC to develop new business and support existing customer relationships. Focus areas include construction, roofing, filtration, furniture and mattress manufacturing, and hospitality for blackout curtain applications.

You will contact prospects by phone and email, identify new contacts, seek bid opportunities, and maintain CRM data while preparing monthly activity reports for approval by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Genuine interest in the industry.
• Self-motivated, personable and results-oriented.
• Bilingual (English & French) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone and email.
• Identify new contacts within existing customer organizations and pursue new business targets.
• Seek new project bid opportunities.
• Use the CRM consistently and keep customer and opportunity data current.
• Prepare simple monthly sales activity reports and review them with their direct supervisor to stay aligned on targets, customer follow-ups and next sales priorities.
