Responsibilities

• Relationship Management – 35%: Support Distribution partners and act as primary client contact during implementation.
• Consultation – 35%: Provide expertise on digital experiences and assist in plan design and administration.
• Project Management – 30%: Create and manage implementation schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Additional responsibilities include presenting to clients and coordinating across internal teams.
