Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience in social services or crisis response.
• Fluent in English and French; written and spoken.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to English and French calls, chats, emails, and other signals from survivors and partners.
• Apply hotline response protocols to ensure trauma-informed support.
• Provide emotional support and crisis de-escalation.
• Assess safety concerns and coordinate appropriate responses.
• Document notes clearly and timely.
• Participate in training and resource development.
