Job summary

RBC is seeking an FX Analyst in its Digital division within Commercial FX Sales in Toronto. You will provide access to RBC DX, onboard clients to the platform, and collaborate with Account Managers to train users and market FX products to RBC Partners.

Responsibilities include transitioning clients through Capital Markets, promoting internet dealing, and maintaining pricing guidelines while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to the Global FX code.

Responsibilities

• Own the client transition from initial intro to Capital Markets to account setup and onboarding
• Promote Internet trading to boost productivity
• Identify hedging opportunities for currency exposures
• Maintain pricing guidelines to support client retention
• Keep CRM up-to-date for access to client information
• Liaise with internal partners to manage client relationships
• Promote RBCCM as lead FX provider and centre of excellence
• Ensure confidential and fair dealings with counterparties
• Uphold high standards of professional and ethical conduct under the Global FX code
