Job summary

Monex in Toronto is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive new business growth within Canada, onboarding corporate and institutional clients, and building trusted long-term relationships.

You will manage high-volume outbound sales, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with risk, trading, and compliance teams to deliver tailored FX solutions and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a B2B sales, business development, or account management role, ideally within financial services or FX.
• Strong outbound sales track record with the ability to meet call volume, talk time, and pipeline targets.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth in the Canadian market targeting corporate and institutional clients.
• Conduct high-volume outbound activity and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Risk, and Trading teams to ensure compliant onboarding and client service.
