We are looking for a Patient Support Representative who brings strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients. This role is ideal for someone with call center or high-volume support experience — especially in healthcare or regulated industries.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from patients and healthcare professionals
  • Assist patients with product questions, registration, and document submissions
  • Troubleshoot account, order, and shipping issues and elevate when needed
  • Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with Health Canada’s medical cannabis regulations
  • Identify and flag process improvements to enhance patient experience
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and internal teams to support patient care
Qualifications
  • Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required
  • 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience, ideally in a healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated setting
  • Ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and empathy
  • Comfortable using digital platforms, CRMs, and email systems
Nice to have
  • Experience in the medical cannabis, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
  • Experience working with secure, sensitive, and private information
  • Post‑secondary education (healthcare, IT, or customer service) is preferred but not required
