Bilingual (French) Dedicated Account Administrative Assistant (Downtown Montreal)

ACS Montreal is seeking an individual with proven experience in customer service, capable of fostering long-lasting client relationships and willing to go the extra mile.

This role involves acting as the middle person between clients, which include high-net-worth individuals, Fortune 500 companies, governments, relief agencies, and organizations in sports and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Follow up with brokers and carriers regarding invoices.
  2. Complete administrative tasks for flights, including preparing post-flight reports.
  3. Enter data into systems, including flight times.
  4. Oversee flights and monitor updates to keep clients informed.
  5. Work with Excel spreadsheets and update clients about flights.
  6. Retrieve data from Excel and CRM systems.
  7. Understand and meet client requirements in line with contractual SLAs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (professional working proficiency, verbal and written).
  • Experience in airline operations or aviation is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with urgency.
  • Proven track record of providing outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve problems effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
