This role supports our People Development and Training team in national recruitment, with strong organization, communication, and tech adaptability as key assets.

Reporting to the Manager of People Development and Training, you will help manage the Management Development program, postings, interviews, and events, while building a

Qualifications

• Post-secondary HR program or equivalent work experience in HR admin or recruiting.
• Strong technical skills and comfort with new tech (LMS, ATS, MS Office).
• Bilingual (English/French) required.
• Patience to deliver semi-repetitive content and answer trainee questions.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic team and manage multiple tasks.
• 1–2 years’ experience in administrative support, recruiting activities, event planning, or learning organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support national recruitment team for the Management Development program.
• Create and manage all job postings for the Program and National Support Centre.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Draft effective job ads that reflect scope and requirements.
• Coordinate the annual national Future Leader Conference for ~100 attendees.
• Maintain quality and consistency in all deliverables.
• Leverage stakeholders to provide feedback and pivot as needed.
• All other duties as required.
