Job summary

Synergie Canada Inc is seeking a Bilingual Claims Attorney (French and English) to join a specialized legal team supporting class action and mass tort matters. The role focuses on legal analysis, document review, problem-solving, and client communication in a remote setting.

You will work on large-scale claims matters, evaluating claims, identifying issues, and communicating with claimants and legal counsel, while developing experience in claims administration and project-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• JD or law degree from an accredited institution; foreign law degrees may also be considered.
• Active licence in good standing in at least one Canadian jurisdiction.
• Fluency in French and English, including speaking, reading and writing.
• Strong legal research, analysis and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to review and synthesize complex documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional and client-focused communication style.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze claims, legal documents and supporting evidence.

• Collaborate with project directors, managers and other members of the legal/project team.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, confidentiality, professionalism and client service.
