Job summary

CAE in Montreal, QC seeks a seasoned Finance Leader to act as lead partner for Global Technology & Products and Allocation Functions. You’ll drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost management while guiding analytic leadership and executive-facing recommendations.

You’ll oversee two analysts, champion cost transparency, and contribute to enterprise initiatives across engineering, IT, and cybersecurity. Bilingual French-English required; CPA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis in a manufacturing/operational environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Bilingual (French-English).
• CPA or CFA designation or in progress is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance business partner for Global Technology & Products and Allocation Functions.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost management and governance.
• Provide strategic support and executive-ready analyses for leadership.
• Lead two analysts and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Drive cost optimization, cloud cost governance and cross-functional partnerships.
