What We’re Looking For / Ce que nous recherchons

• Vous devez être parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) / You must be fully bilingual (French and English)
• Vous devez résider actuellement dans la ville indiquée / You must currently reside in the posted city
• Vous devez être à l’aise avec les déplacements quotidiens (régionaux) et les séjours occasionnels à l’extérieur / You must be comfortable with daily travel (regional) and occasional overnight stays
• Vous devez détenir un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite sans tache (rapport de la SAAQ ou équivalent requis) / You must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Vous devez être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler au Canada / You must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Aimer apprendre et travailler avec différentes technologies / Enjoy learning about and working with different technologies
• Posséder une forte aptitude technique ou mécanique (l’expérience avec les outils, moteurs ou équipements est un atout !) / Have strong technical or mechanical aptitude (experience with tools, engines, or equipment is a plus)
• Être habile avec les outils manuels et les applications informatiques / Proficient with hand tools and computer applications
• Démontrer d’excellentes habiletés en communication et en service à la clientèle / Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Faire preuve de solides compétences en diagnostic et en résolution de problèmes / Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Être capable de soulever jusqu’à 23 kg et de travailler de façon autonome / Able to lift up to 23 kg and work independently
• Expérience en réparation d’imprimantes de bureau ou de groupe de travail / Repair experience with workgroup or office printers
• Expérience en service sur le terrain dans un rôle en contact direct avec la clientèle / Field service experience in a customer-facing role
• Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en technique ou formation équivalente en électromécanique / Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent electro-mechanical training
• Disposer d’un véhicule fiable pour se déplacer chez les clients / A reliable vehicle to travel to customer sites

• Service and repair commercial/workgroup printers in business environments
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and follow service procedures
• Install upgrades and modifications to optimize performance
• Maintain accurate service records and a small inventory of parts
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service
