Une entreprise de recherche clinique recherche un Technicien de service sur le terrain pour collaborer avec des professionnels de la santé et gérer l'entretien des dispositifs médicaux. Ce poste exige des déplacements fréquents et un diplôme dans un domaine technique. Le candidat idéal doit avoir de solides compétences en informatique et en communication. Une expérience antérieure est un atout.

Qualifications

Overview

Field Service Technicians collaborate with healthcare professionals and lead technical initiatives in medical device technology. You will be responsible for leading a team installing, updating, performing preventative maintenance and other services for medical devices, including infusion pumps and batteries, in hospitals. You will ensure exceptional customer service and have the opportunity to advance your technical skills in the medical device industry.

Travel This is a 100% travel position. Local, regional and national travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test and update medical devices, and install and configure hardware, software and network products.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support documentation.
• Full-time commitment requiring travel locally, regionally and nationally.
• Assignment-based schedule with a 40-hour workweek and overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Job Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent military training, or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience (1+ year).
• Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot configuration and technical issues remotely across multiple software programs.
• Professional business acumen and effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or with a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure on-time completion of tasks.
• Active, unrestricted driver’s license and a personal vehicle for local work.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements and provide proof of vaccination status.
• Must have a personal vehicle in good running condition for local travel.
• Must reside within 45 minutes to 1 hour of an international or major airport; candidates within 30 miles of a major airport preferred. Weekly travel required.

Beneficial Qualifications

• Experience as a biomedical, networking, military, or field technician in healthcare or related environments.
• Experience in a technical role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, etc.).
