Job summary

CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Junior Specialist in Organizational Development & Engagement to support employee listening initiatives across the organization. The role combines administrative rigor with data accuracy and strong communication to link employees, managers, and HRBPs for ongoing engagement.

The position is hybrid, with two flexible days in the office per week, based in Ottawa or Montreal. A full-time permanent role with growth opportunities and cross-functional collaboration awaits

Qualifications

• College or university degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience as a coordinator, analyst, technician, or related function in HR, employee engagement, or organizational development.
• Must be bilingual in French and English.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools is preferred; familiarity with Workday or Peakon is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement program deployment across local, department, and function levels.
• Support enterprise employee listening program rollout (e.g., Your Voice / Peakon in Workday).
• Manage survey participant data and access privileges; liaise with HRBPs and leaders.
• Develop and deploy communication plans and user guides for managers and HRBPs.
• Create visuals and infographics for executive and engagement committee meetings.
• Maintain documentation and internal toolkits; support post-campaign retrospectives.
