This senior role involves overseeing accounting operations and financial reporting for Québec and Eastern Canada. Candidates must be bilingual in English and French, with strong skills in accounting processes and leadership. Responsibilities include managing various accounting functions, coaching the finance team, and maintaining financial compliance. Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE).
• Hands-on experience with intercompany accounting, AR, AP, and project accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close process and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements for Québec operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the local finance team.
