What will you do?
  • Manage disability claims to resolution.
  • Determine eligibility for short and long-term disability, salary continuance benefits, and assess claims.
  • Implement interventions to support timely recovery and return to work.
  • Build strong relationships with clients: employers and their employees.
  • Lead clients during absence and return-to-work periods.
  • Conduct telephone interviews to gather information for understanding the absence and support needs.
  • Assess medical and non-medical factors influencing disability, functional capabilities, restrictions, and limitations.

  • All post-secondary degrees are welcomed.
  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, especially with complex claims and contracts.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with authentic care and empathy.
  • Resilient, able to handle stressful situations.
  • Tech-savvy—comfortable with multiple platforms and systems.
