Bunzl Safety - Cambridge is seeking a temporary Content QA Specialist to improve French-language accuracy and product information quality on the company website. You will review translations, resolve inconsistencies, and coordinate updates with the Digital Commerce team.

The role focuses on ensuring content is accurate, clear, and appropriate for Canadian customers, with an emphasis on bilingual precision and collaboration across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken bilingual skills in French and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Experience reviewing translations for accuracy, clarity, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Review French-language website content for translation errors and terminology.
• Coordinate corrections to French translations for Canadian customers.
• Review English and French product content for accuracy and completeness.
• Compare site content with product information and source docs to identify corrections.
• Update product descriptions, attributes, and specifications on the site.
• Track issues and coordinate closure with Digital Commerce and other teams.
• Perform quality checks after updates to ensure accurate reflection online.
• Collaborate with Digital Commerce to resolve data/content problems.
