Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking a customer support specialist for our ServiceOntario partnership. You will deliver friendly, accurate information, assist with licensing and government-related services, and resolve questions while maintaining store standards.

You will work in our retail environment with evenings and Saturdays shifts, handle multiple channels, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior customer service experience is required.
• Bilingual English and French are required.
• Ability to communicate with customers using various mediums.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, respectful service to all customers.
• Clearly communicate service details, fees, and eligibility.
• Refer and warm-transfer customers to other departments when needed.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with lobby merchandising and promotions.
• Contribute to lobby readiness and customer satisfaction through Ground Control tasks.
• Share knowledge and train new associates; participate in meetings and trainings.
