Job summary

GoodMorning is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Canada to own and resolve customer issues across phone, email and live chat. You’ll diagnose problems, explain fixes clearly, process refunds and returns, and coordinate with logistics to ensure a smooth resolution.

You’ll grow with an ownership-driven culture and help convert frustrated customers into loyal brand advocates. The role requires 1 year in a high-volume customer service setting and bilingual English-French communication,

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a call center or comparable high-volume customer service role.
• Written and spoken fluency in English and French.
• High school diploma minimum; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own each customer problem from first contact to resolution.
• Handle phone, email, and live chat across all brands.
• Explain fixes in plain terms and ensure follow-up confirms resolution.
• Process returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and warranty claims.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouse, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Escalate when necessary and follow established processes.
