Job description

The salary range for this position is $56,000.00 - $63,000.00 DOE

This is how you WOW :

• Work in Zendesk Platform to manage, process and close tickets created by customers
• Use SAP to process orders and extract relevant data for customers and management
• Create and deliver qualified leads for sales team to follow-up
• Record suggestions and complaints from customers and report them to Product Management
• Participate in assigned training sessions and selected industry conferences
• Work in conjunction with the Product, Sales Marketing and Finance teams
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the operations team and the customer service strategy
• Be a member of the Kärcher Team

It would be WOW if you would bring this in :

• Post-secondary education from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of three years in a customer service role
• Demonstrated work experience in MS Office and CRM software
• Solid SAP experience with VA, VL, MD modules
• Knowledge of EDI transactions preferred
• Excellent English and French communication skills (bilingual – written and verbal)
• Experience of having worked in an organization that sells technical industrial products to professional customer segments industry preferred (e.g. hospitality, retail, healthcare, public services, industry, agriculture)
