Fairstone Bank in Montreal is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support for Eden Park and the Fairstone family. You will handle English and French inquiries, calls and emails, and assist with banking tasks, payments and account updates.

This hybrid, full-time role requires calm conflict resolution, strong communication, and comfort with Microsoft Office. On-site 3 days during probation, with growth opportunities and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and French verbal and written communication.
• Experience in fast-paced customer service or call centre is a plus.
• Comfort handling billing, payments, and account inquiries.

Responsibilities

Full time in office during probation.* You have flexible availability to work.
