Job summary

Aedeco? Adecco invites applications for a French Bilingual Inbound Credit Counsellor in North York, ON. You will guide clients in budgeting and debt reduction, and you’ll prepare personalized financial plans to help clients regain control of their finances.

Fluent French and English are required, with in-house training provided. This in-office role offers competitive pay and benefits as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education is required.
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet goals and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work daily.
• Fact gathering skills.
• Knowledge and use of PC Systems.
• Previous experience in collections, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required.
• AFCC designation or the ability to fulfill AFCC requirements within the first 2 years of employment.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 8:00pm Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm Saturday (once per month): 9:00am – 2:00pm
