Job summary

TTI Canada is hiring a Bilingual Customer Care Representative to serve English and French-speaking customers across phone, email, and chat channels from our North York office. You will resolve inquiries, guide product use, and support warranty requests with a customer-first mindset.

You bring excellent communication skills, a post-secondary education or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office. Knowledge of power tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and French.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Power Tools industry knowledge preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries in English and French via phone, email, and live chat in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provide product support including troubleshooting and assistance with repair, usage, and warranty questions.
• Handle escalated inquiries and problems within department guidelines.
• Continually seek ways to improve customer satisfaction.

Position Description

The Bilingual Customer Care Representative will be acting as the voice of our company. You will be addressing live problems submitted by our customers via phone, email, and chats, in English and French. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer care, including customer inquiries, troubleshooting, order entry, and delighting our customers by resolving their issues and needs in a timely and pleasant manner.

What You Will Do:

• Answer customer inquiries in English and French regarding all products via phone, email and live chats in a timely and friendly manner.
• Provide customer support including troubleshooting and assistance concerning product repair, use, and warranty.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries, disputes, and problems within department guidelines.
• Continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop sound Product Knowledge.

What You Will Bring:

• Must be bi-lingual (French/English)
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Power Tool industry preferred
• Exceptional communication skills – written and oral
• Initiative and strong organizational skills
• Must be proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
