The role focuses on product descriptions, campaigns, and in-store communications, ensuring Quebec-specific accuracy and compliance. You will work across departments, adapting content for digital and in-store touchpoints, while aligning with brand voice and SEO standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Translation, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in both English and French with strong copyediting skills.
• Experience in copywriting, translation, or ecommerce marketing, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, digital marketing, and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with AI-powered writing and translation tools; maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Translate, revise, and adapt content from English to French and French to English for Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations and other departments.
• Act as the French-language specialist ensuring linguistic accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance.
• Ensure compliance with Quebec language requirements (OQLF) and brand voice guidelines.
• Review AI-generated translations and copy to ensure quality and alignment with brand positioning.
• Translate and proofread retail communications, training materials, operational documents, and store signage.
