Job summary

Credit Counselling Society is seeking a Content Creation Specialist to be the face of CCS in videos and social media. You will craft engaging content using graphic design, video editing, and content creation skills to educate Canadians about financial literacy and CCS impact.

The role requires fluency in French and English and collaboration with the Marketing & Community Engagement team. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field such as business or communications.
Two to three years of experience in marketing, social media content creation, video production, and/or graphic design.
Fluency in French and English required.
Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of multiple social media platforms (X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Create and appear in videos and social media content representing CCS.
Use graphic design, video editing, and content creation to engage Canadians and educate on financial literacy.
Collaborate with Marketing & Community Engagement team.
Prepare content in both French and English to support bilingual outreach.
