Job summary

Staples Promotional Products, a division of Staples, is seeking a Client Services Lead for Retail Programs in Montreal. This hybrid role oversees online stores and retail boutiques across Canada, driving revenue and margin while leading a team of associates.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/French), with 5+ years in selling/marketing/operations and 2+ years in people management. Travel to client sites and stores is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French.
• 5+ years in a selling, marketing, or operational role.
• 2+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of a multi-million online program and retail book, driving year-over-year growth.
• Lead operations for multiple Staples Promotional Products retail locations, including staffing, training, and performance.
• Partner with Sales to develop account strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Act as primary client contact for assigned programs, building strong relationships.
• Ensure programs meet launch dates, margins, SKU counts, and budgets.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and merchandising across online stores and boutiques.
• Forecast sales and manage store expense budgets, producing sales reports.
• Lead and coach a team of Account Services and Retail associates to drive collaboration and improvement.
• Travel as required to support client meetings and store visits.
