Bilingual Claims Analyst

Full-time Permanent

Location: Toronto - Hybrid

Hours: Mon-Fri – 8:30am-5pm (40 hours/wk.)

Salary: Up to $75,000

Company: Our client is a licensed Life and Health Agency with Property and Casualty Broker licenses throughout Canada. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a key member to their team of claims professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/French) preferred
• Post-secondary education, preferably with a background in business, mathematics, or economics
• 1-3 years experience in processing A&H and/or Life Reinsurance claims
• 1-3 years Insurance/Reinsurance knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Intermediate experience with MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills, tactful and good judgment, and the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Reinsurance professional qualifications (FLMI or ALHC), equivalent experience, or willingness to take industry courses
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
