Job summary

Amplify Care is seeking a Bilingual Change Management Specialist to lead adoption of digital health tools in community settings. You will apply structured change management, support clinicians, and build partner relationships to integrate new workflows.

Required are 3+ years in digital health or healthcare, and strong communication. Travel within Eastern Provinces may be needed; the team values an inclusive, supportive workplace with emphasis on impact.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French required.
• 3+ years in digital health or healthcare capacity.
• Healthcare IT or EMR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured change management for people-side of change.
• Support organizational priority work within the Change Management functional team.
• Provide quality improvement supports to primary care clinicians to optimize EMR use.
• Align change activities with health practitioners to smooth adoption and implementation.
• Document lessons learned and present findings clearly.
