As a Bilingual Call Centre Operator Security Guard, your main responsibility is to monitor environments such as security operations centres, call centres, parking gatehouses, and more, to identify threats early through vigilant observation of screens.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls via security landline, mobile phones, intercom, and radio systems
• Coordinate with security personnel and clients regarding security activities and incidents
• Monitor security systems, fire alarms, CCTV cameras, and manage emergency dispatches
• Report incidents accurately and document all occurrences in the system
• Track alarms and resolve related issues
• Participate in safety meetings and generate reports during emergencies

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta Security License
• Fluent in English and French
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with surveillance systems
• At least 1 year of experience in Control/Call Centre roles
• Availability for day, night, casual, 12-hour shifts
