Job summary

MEDFAR Clinical Solutions is seeking a Billing Support Specialist to join Maël's Finance team in Quebec. You will assist clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals by phone and email, helping with MYLE billing and payment workflows.

You will interpret billing discrepancies, communicate clearly with clients in French and English, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues while delivering a high level of service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or collections.
• Experience with a billing/collections automation platform (e.g., Invoiced).
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
• Comfortable learning and using SaaS solutions and financial applications.
• Comfortable analyzing billing discrepancies and explaining financial information to clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English required.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to customer requests by phone, email or videoconference.
• Provide invoice clarification and guidance on MYLE billing and payment platforms.
• Understand and identify the source of customer problems and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve tickets.
• Escalate tickets according to their complexity.
