Qualifications

• 2-4 years of billing experience (billing analyst/specialist, AP/AR)
• Bilingual in English and French
• Ability to communicate with internal/external partners and leadership
• Very strong attention to detail
• Excellent Excel, Office and Google Workspace skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate invoices and automated payments per client contracts
• Support customers with account inquiries and statements
• Ensure invoices are submitted via client portals
• Analyze accounts and issue credits when needed
• Contribute to collections, deposits and payment processing
• Participate in process improvements, new product launches and onboarding initiatives
