Job summary

CLIC in Canada is seeking a Billing Fulfillment Administrator for a Regular Full-Time, Hybrid role (2 days in office). The role focuses on efficient billing inquiries handling and premium collection, ensuring accurate account records and timely responses to business partners.

You will support policyholders with renewal quotes and maintain strong collaboration with internal departments.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Individual Life Insurance or related accounting/finance roles.
• Post-secondary certificate in Business Administration or related field.
• Associate Customer Service (ACS) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service for incoming calls and emails.
• Process premium payments, NSF letters, returns and other billing transactions.
• Proactively correspond with stakeholders regarding billing and premium transactions.
• Provide renewal quotes to policyholders and generate policyholder letters as needed.
• Analyze billing reports and resolve errors.
