Job summary

CIMCO seeks an organized Finance Administrator to ensure accurate invoicing and timely billing while supporting procurement and purchase orders. You will manage client invoicing, document filing, and PO processing in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires bilingual fluency in French and English, strong Excel and SAP familiarity, and a sharp eye for detail to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency across operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers and record billings.
• Manage invoice filing for distribution and approvals and upload to client systems.
• Request, order and manage purchase orders for accurate customer billings.
• Perform various administrative tasks and follow up on POs per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to ensureaccurateandtimelyinvoicing and billing processes, manage purchase orders, and perform various administrative tasks to support the financial operations of the company. This position plays a crucial role inmaintainingfinancial accuracy and efficiency, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issueaccurateinvoices to customers and compile,analyzeand record billings.
• Invoice filing for distribution and approvals, electronic client system uploads,emailingand mailing as required.
• Request,orderand manage purchase orders foraccuratecustomer billings.
• Various administrative tasks: follow up on PO every billing block according to company policy,creditand cancelation procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

• Must be fully bilingual, written and verbal, in both French and English
• Strong understanding of invoicing and billing processes
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline
