Job summary

Travelodge Quebec is seeking a Banquet Setup Attendant to join our events team at the Quebec City entrance location. You will set up and dismantle banquet spaces, arrange rooms per event specifications, and provide on-site support throughout events to ensure seamless service.

The role requires bilingual French/English communication, strong teamwork, and excellent guest service, with physical stamina for lifting and standing during shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow supervisor instructions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good physical stamina for lifting and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle banquet rooms before and after events.
• Arrange rooms according to event specifications per supervisor.
• Handle tables, chairs, decor and audiovisual equipment as required.
• Provide logistical support during events and assist with on-site adjustments.
• Respond to guest requests and rearrange seating or equipment as needed.
• Assist with post-event breakdown and storage of items.
