Zusammenfassung

NAV CANADA is seeking an Operational Training Specialist for the Montreal ACC to develop and deliver simulation-based training, maintain courseware, and support multiple national and regional projects. The role requires bilingual English/French and on-site work with occasional travel.

Successful candidates will have secondary education, teamwork experience, and proficiency with SharePoint/Workday/Teams/Microsoft Office to support procedures and training initiatives.

• Train stakeholders on the operation of simulation tools and equipment.
• Provide oversight for the Supervisor.
