Qualifications

• 1–3 years in procurement, supply chain, or related field.
• Diploma or Degree in Procurement or related discipline.
• Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical ability, data tools, and interpersonal communication.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to lead through influence in a decentralized environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate national procurement initiatives into actionable plans for branches.
• Analyze spend data to drive cost savings and process improvements.
• Serve as bilingual point of contact for regional operations, assist with RFPs.
• Support vendor onboarding, procurement training, and supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier compliance and maintain procurement process standards.
