You will join the Plan Administration Support team within Plan Member Services, delivering accurate and timely service and contributing to process improvements in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
As a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator, you will fulfill varied tasks as requested, to help ensure service excellence to our Canada Retirement clients. This role is very administrative in nature, requiring keen attention to detail, ability to respond to changing priorities, and very strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Most of your incoming requests will directly support the Plan Administration Support team within Plan Member Services.

Salary range is expected to be between $41,400.00 CAD - $69,000.00 CAD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
